By accessing or using Armtal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Armtal is a job platform that connects Armenian talent with employers. We provide tools for candidates to create profiles, search for jobs, and apply to positions, and for employers to post jobs and manage applicants.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Updating your information as necessary

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose

5. Platform Integrity Policy

To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform for all users, the following obligations apply:

For Employers

If you hire a candidate found through Armtal, you are required to report the hire and pay the $99 success fee. Failure to do so may result in your company being removed from the platform.

For Talents

If you accept a full-time position through Armtal, you must update your profile status. Staying listed as "Actively Looking" when fully employed misleads employers and undermines the platform. Profiles found in violation may be removed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Armtal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Armtal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

Armtal does not guarantee employment or hiring success. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of job listings.
