The Growth plan has no monthly subscription. Posting jobs is completely free. You only pay $99 per successful hire -meaning we earn only when you make a successful placement. This aligns our incentives completely with yours.

Growth plan companies can post up to 5 active jobs within a 12-month period. This gives growing teams the flexibility to hire for multiple roles without being locked into expensive monthly fees.
Skill Database Access
Growth and Enterprise users can proactively search our entire database of vetted talent. Filter by specific technical skills, experience levels, and availability to find your match before they even apply.

Platform Integrity
For the platform to work for everyone, honesty is required on both sides. Employers must report successful hires. Talents hired full-time must update their availability status. Accounts that violate this trust can be permanently removed.
Platform Integrity Policy
For employers: If you hire a candidate found through Armtal, you are required to report the hire and pay the $99 success fee. Failure to do so may result in your company being removed from the platform.
For talents: If you accept a full-time position through Armtal -you must update your profile status. Staying listed as "Actively Looking" when fully employed misleads employers and undermines the platform. Profiles found in violation may be removed.
