Growth Product Manager

We're looking for a Growth & Community Associate to drive developer acquisition, strengthen our presence across Armenia's tech ecosystem, and support our marketing and operational efforts.

You'll work directly with the founder and take ownership of initiatives that help grow both our talent network and employer community

Developer Growth

• Reach out to Armenian developers through LinkedIn, email, Telegram, GitHub, universities, and other channels.
• Execute outreach campaigns to increase platform registrations.
• Build relationships with developer communities and ambassadors.

Community & Partnerships

• Collaborate with university CS departments, tech clubs, and local communities.
• Build partnerships that increase Armtal's visibility.
• Represent Armtal within the Armenian tech ecosystem.

Content & Marketing

• Create and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram using existing brand guidelines.
• Help prepare and distribute Armenia's monthly IT Skill Demand Report.
• Support email marketing campaigns and community communications.

Operations

• Track signups, campaign performance, and growth metrics.
• Manage inbound inquiries from developers and employers.
• Prepare weekly reports and recommend improvements based on data.

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, community management, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Armenian and English.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Based in Yerevan.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Interested in startups, technology, and Armenia's IT ecosystem.
