Middle Magento 2 Developer

We’re looking for a Middle Magento 2 Developer who is comfortable building, extending, and maintaining Magento 2 projects while actively using AI tools to work faster, smarter, and with higher quality. This is not a junior role and not a purely senior one — you should be able to work independently on tasks, understand business logic, and collaborate with a small but experienced team.

Develop and maintain Magento 2 modules (custom and third-party) Work with GraphQL, REST APIs, and frontend integrations Customize checkout, catalog, pricing, promotions, and customer flows Optimize performance (code-level + Magento best practices) Debug issues in production and staging environments Collaborate with CTO and other developers on architecture decisions Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to: Speed up development Analyze bugs and logs Generate boilerplate code and refactor safely Improve code quality and documentation

Solid experience with Magento 2 Strong PHP (OOP, SOLID principles) Experience with: Custom modules Dependency Injection Plugins & Observers UI Components Working knowledge of: MySQL JavaScript (RequireJS / basic Knockout) XML (di.xml, module.xml, layout files) Git (GitHub / GitLab) Ability to read and understand existing codebases
